Rosann Linza

Rosann Linza is an HR Consultant with SMC Business Councils, which provides human resources consulting services to member companies. Ms. Linza has been an HR Manager and/or Training Manager for a variety of organizations, most recently for Oglevee Limited and American Dental Partners.

Ms. Linza received a Masters degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Indiana University of PA, and a Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management from California University of PA. She is a certified facilitator through DDI (Development Dimensions International). Ms. Linza also served as the President for the Westmoreland Human Resource Association and Cambria/Somerset Human Resource Association; both are local chapters of Society of Human Resource Management.
