Nam Khuu joined SMC Business Councils in 2002 as an IS Specialist. Prior to coming to SMC he was on the helpdesk/support staff for the Software Engineering Institute.

Mr. Khuu is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), A+ Technician and Network + Certified Technician with six years on the job experience in information systems technology and computer hardware. Mr. Khuu is a graduate of Robert Morris University with a B.S.B.A. with a concentration in Marketing and a M.S. in Internet Information Systems.

At SMC Mr. Khuu is responsible for all aspect of network and system administration; while providing technical assistance to users experiencing software, hardware, and networking problems. Evaluate business applications and new technologies, writing recommendations for possible implementation.
