Client Services Manager

As Member Benefits Manager, Lois oversees the communications to members, vendors and prospective members of the SMC Central Region Office. She is also responsible for coordinating Central Region functions such as SMC’s educational seminars and mixers. In addition to SMC Business Councils functions, Lois is also responsible for the customer service functions for both SMC Business Councils and SMC Insurance Agency’s Central Region Office.

Lois joined SMC as a service & marketing representative in May 2001. Lois came to SMC with a background of more than ten years’ experience in Sales & Marketing of life insurance, annuities and long term care products for national brokerage firms.
