Here you'll find information about the new health insurance laws that will begin to take effect in September 2010. SMC will continue to update this information to be the most current source of information for its members in western and central Pennsylvania.
SMC believes health reform is a false fix for the many concerns small business has with the high cost of health care. SMC will continue to fight for the rights of small business, and will bring concerns about health reform to our elected officials in Harrisburg and Washington, D.C. We will also help keep our members apprised of the current and future changes to health care and health insurance.
