Eileen M. Petrone
Director - Human Resources Services

Eileen Petrone joined the SMC staff in January. Ms. Petrone has over 20 years experience in educational, non-profit, healthcare, public, and privately held organizations. She comes to us from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland where she was director of Compensation and Benefits for the private university with 1,000 full time employees.

Her prior human resources experience included stints at Valley National Gases, Inc. in Washington, PA and Michael Baker Corporation in Pittsburgh. She also has extensive experience in the healthcare industry through employment with the UPMC Health System, The Rehabilitation Institute, and MMC&P, Inc. also in Pittsburgh.

Eileen was graduated with a B.S. degree in Psychology from West Virginia University and earned a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from LaRoche College. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (HRCI).
