SMCIA welcomed Alicia on October 18, 2010.  She has over 12 years experience in the insurance industry, specializing in Group Benefits.  Alicia began her career at Cable & Associates Insurance Agency and most recently worked at Duncan Insurance Group prior to joining our agency.

Alicia provides customer support to our clients as well as sales support to our brokers and internal sales reps.
